This is general information for KSOA members about the upcoming 2024 college showcases hosted by Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville Academies. George Huffman, the assignor, appreciates the referees who have already submitted tournament applications.
It is one month until the kick-off of the Racing Louisville College Showcase and soon to follow the Louisville City FC College Showcase. Premier teams from across the region will be participating at this event.
The tournament starts on Friday, February 9th, with games starting at 11:20 AM, 1:00 PM, 2:40 PM, 4:20 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:40 PM. All four Academy fields are being utilized. Saturday. February 10th, games start at 8:00 AM, 9:40 AM, 11:20 AM, 1:00 PM, 2:40 PM, 4:20 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:40 PM with all four Academy fields being utilized. Sunday, February 11th, games start at 8:00 AM, 9:40 AM, 11:20 AM, 1:00 PM and 2:40 PM with Academy and Spalding fields being utilized. George is looking for referees for this event and the Louisville City FC Academy College Showcase on February 23rd-25th, 2024. Games are U15-U19. (17 and above age referees only). Hotel rooms provided to out of town referees (depending on mileage). Lunch and water and/or sports drink provided. Tournament pay will be paid electronically through ArbiterPay.
