KSOA Member Spotlight Series: Brad Zuber

This week for our member spotlight we have Brad Zuber, lets get to know him better! Below is a photo of Brad getting ready to officiate a KHSAA state soccer game as an assistant referee. We plan on getting back on a regular Friday posting schedule for the series.

Day job: Owner of House of Soccer and Screen Printing.


When you got started refereeing: Started refereeing in 1993.


What certifications do you have: The certificates I have is KHSAA and USSF Grassroots.


Your favorite thing about refereeing: I enjoy the game of soccer and the comradery among the referees. I also like getting outdoors and getting exercise to help stay young.


Why might someone want to become a referee: If you become a referee you not only get paid for getting exercise, but it will build character and give you self-confidence.


Fun fact about you: I have a BS in Health and Physical Education.


One hobby you have outside of refereeing: I like to hike and sing in the church choir.
